Goshen’s East Lincoln Avenue reopens in time for Elkhart County
4-H Fair
GOSHEN, Ind. — East Lincoln Avenue reopened Thursday afternoon after approximately 18 months of construction, restoring a key east-west route before the start of the Elkhart County 4-H Fair.
The City of Goshen reopened the roadway after Niblock Excavating(opens in new tab) completed the vast majority of the multi-phase reconstruction project about a month ahead of schedule.

City Court Relocation Complete at Goshen’s Historic Downtown Courthouse
GOSHEN, Ind. — The Goshen City Court relocation is complete, and court services will reopen at the Historic Downtown Courthouse on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
Goshen City Court, Goshen City Probation and the Goshen City Clerk’s Office are now located at the Historic Downtown Courthouse, 101 N. Main St., Suite 105, Goshen, IN 46526.
